At the Inn at Cape Kiwanda, we want you to be fully prepared and in the know so you can enjoy your Oregon coast vacation.

Check-in time begins at 4:00 pm

CHECK OUT

Check-out time is 12:00 pm

TAXES & FEES

Reservations are subject to an 11.9% lodging tax and 9% amenity fee, subject to change at any time without notice.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please provide more than 72 hours’ notice of your need to change or cancel a reservation to receive a full refund. Cancellations or changes within 72 hours will forfeit your deposit.

DEPOSIT

A deposit equal to the first night’s room and tax will be due at the time of booking and is fully refundable up until 72 hours prior to your arrival date.

SECURITY AUTHORIZATION

At check-in your credit card will be charged a refundable security authorization in the amount of $100.00.

GROUPS

Reservations of 5 or more rooms must be booked through the sales department.

PARKING

Parking is complimentary and on-site. Please notify us in advance if you have any over-sized vehicles, trailers, or recreational vehicles that you will need to park. An EV charging station is available.

PETS

Pets are defined as dogs only (no cats, birds, or other pets are allowed). Dogs welcome in dog friendly rooms only and will be charged an additional $40 per dog per night. Maximum of 3 dogs allowed per room with no breed or size restrictions. View pet policy.

QUIET TIMES

Quiet times are from 10:00 pm – 8:00 am

SMOKING

The Inn at Cape Kiwanda is a completely nonsmoking property. A fee will be assessed if smoking of any kind occurs in our rooms, on our balconies or corridors, or any common space.
