  • Spring Keynote with U.S. Poet Laureate Ada Limón

    • When: Tuesday, May 20, 2025 | 6:00 p.m.
    • Where: Nestucca K8, 36925 U.S. 101 S, Cloverdale, OR 97112
    • What: Sitka Center presents U.S. Poet Laureate Ada Limón for an intimate evening of poetry on the Oregon Coast. Attendees will hear Limón read from her acclaimed works and share insights on language, nature and human connection. A book signing will follow the reading.
  • Lincoln City Summer Kite Festival

    • When: June 21-22, 2025
    • Where: D-River Wayside State Park, Lincoln City, Oregon, United States
    • What: Lincoln City's annual Summer Kite Festival is a longstanding family vacation tradition. Experience two days of kite-flying activities and let your heart soar. The whole family will be delighted to gaze up at huge, colorful octopuses swimming through the skies, whales breaching the clouds, and fast Rokkaku kites dancing through the air in loops and whorls.
  • Neskowin Fireworks

    • When: July 4, 2025
    • Where: Neskowin Beach State Park near Proposal Rock
    • What: Celebrate Independence Day at the annual Neskowin Fireworks show on July 4. Drive about 20 minutes south of Pacific City to Neskowin Beach State Park. The fireworks be viewed from any beach entrance in Neskowin, South Neskowin or the surrounding hills. The best viewing location is on the beach in the areas surrounding Proposal Rock. (Please confirm 2025 event details on the Neskowin Fireworks website before finalizing your plans.)
  • Clover’s Day Celebration

    • What: The annual Clover's Day offers a fun-filled community celebration with a lively parade featuring Clover the Cow, a vendor fair showcasing local businesses, live music, and family-friendly activities like a petting zoo, face painting, and giant bubbles. Enjoy delicious food, exciting competitions like the milk chugging relay, and plenty of entertainment for all ages.
  • Dory Days Festival

    • When: July 18-20, 2025
    • Where: Pacific City
    • What: Dory Days is an annual celebration of the local dory fishing culture unique to Pacific City, Oregon. Festivities kick off with the Dory Days Parade. Other events throughout the weekend includes live music, kids' activities, fish fry, dory boat display, and more. Dory Days has been recognized by the Oregon Heritage Commission as an Oregon Heritage Tradition and joins only a handful of other events for this honor. The festival occurs every year on the third weekend of July and is hosted by the Pacific City-Nestucca Valley Chamber of Commerce and the Pacific City Dorymen’s Association.

  • Tillamook County Fair

    • When: August 6-9, 2025, 10am to 10pm
    • Where: Tillamook County Fairgrounds, 4603 3rd St, Tillamook, OR 97141
    • What: The Tillamook County Fair received recognition as one of the top ten Blue Ribbon Fairs in the nation due to its uniqueness; offering so much for fairgoers to enjoy free along with their paid admission. Fairgoers can enjoy all of the Open Class and 4-H/FFA exhibits that Tillamook County residents have prepared the year prior, free entertainment and concerts, live exotic animal displays, and a whole lot more.
  • Siletz Bay Music Festival

    • When: August 14-24, 2025
    • Where: Lincoln City, Oregon
    • What: The annual Siletz Bay Music Festival has grown from an intimate chamber music series to becoming a centerpiece of cultural life on the Oregon Coast, bringing great chamber and orchestral music, jazz and added surprises to throngs of Lincoln City residents and visitors each summer.
  • Cape Kiwanda Longboard Classic

    • When: September 19-21, 2025
    • Where: Pacific City, Oregon
    • What: The Cape Kiwanda Longboard Classic is the longest running, premier surfing event in the Pacific Northwest and is a staple for the PNW surfing community. This family friendly longboard contest is at beautiful Cape Kiwanda in Pacific City, Oregon.

    • Where: D-River Wayside State Park, Lincoln City, Oregon, United States
    • What: The annual Lincoln City Fall Kite Festival is a longstanding family vacation tradition. Experience two days of kite-flying activities and let your heart soar. Enjoy exciting kite demonstrations by experts, kite-making, a parade, and of course the colorful, giant kites floating above the beach. The Fall Kite Festival is an event like no other, with brilliant shapes and colors filling up the sky for the whole weekend.
